gbazee Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to gbazee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gbazee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the gbazee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players on gbazee.
• You must not be self-excluded from gbazee or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any recognised gambling support organisation.
• You must be accessing gbazee from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check the laws in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of gbazee or any of its affiliated companies.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one gbazee account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering on gbazee, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

• Your gbazee username and password are personal to you — do not share them with anyone.
• gbazee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, report it to support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your gbazee account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact gbazee support immediately to have your account secured.
• gbazee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national ID, passport, or utility bill.

4 Deposits

gbazee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your gbazee balance instantly in most cases, though occasional delays may occur due to network issues on the payment provider's side.

• The minimum deposit on gbazee is ৳100.
• The maximum deposit per transaction is ৳100,000. Higher limits may be available on request for verified accounts.
• gbazee does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket directly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on gbazee.
• gbazee reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used before processing a withdrawal linked to that deposit.
• If a deposit is made in error or a duplicate transaction occurs, contact gbazee support immediately with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

gbazee processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have no active deposit method on file, in which case you may request an alternative after identity verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on gbazee is ৳200.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳500,000 for standard verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours (9am–10pm BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following morning.
• gbazee may request identity verification documents before approving your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• gbazee reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. gbazee does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gbazee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses on gbazee are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer details. You must complete the wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your gbazee account in a separate bonus balance. Your real money balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise stated.
• gbazee bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• gbazee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on gbazee use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and verified to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by gbazee or by players.

• Each game on gbazee has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — gbazee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance.
• gbazee's Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio provider and are displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbazee. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, false identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate a gbazee account.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using VPNs, or exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses more than once or in ways not intended by gbazee.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with gbazee games without human input.
• Money Laundering: Using gbazee to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. gbazee complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile money provider after funds have been used on gbazee. This will result in immediate account suspension and legal action if necessary.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing gbazee staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

gbazee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

• If your gbazee account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or play until the investigation is complete.
• If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any real money balance remaining after deducting bonus funds and any amounts under investigation may be returned to your registered payment method at gbazee's discretion.
• Inactive accounts: A gbazee account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. gbazee may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
• You may close your gbazee account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

13 Changes to These Terms
